Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates with degrees like Engineering, Medical, CA, Cost Accountant, etc. are also eligible.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an officer in:
- Scheduled Commercial Bank, or
- Regional Rural Bank
Age Limit (as on 31 December 2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Candidates must be born between 01 January 1996 and 31 December 2004.
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10–15 years (depending on category)
- Ex-servicemen: 5 years
Local Language Requirement
Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the circle they apply for.
For example:
- Guwahati Circle: Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Manipuri, etc.
- Chennai Circle: Tamil
- Kolkata Circle: Bengali, Nepali, Hindi
Candidates who studied the local language in Class 10 or 12 may be exempted from the language test.
